He is also a high-profile events executive with over 10 years of experience in festival and concert curation—previously a co-founder of A:round Entertainment and currently a co-founder of Festive Planet, a leading festival company in North America. His work has been widely published.

Dedicated Headquarters Troop Commander prioritizing hands-on engagement with troopers. Victor is a partner and co-founder of Bumblebee RV Park Management.

Joseph is the Vice-President of Operations at Parasol Tree Holdings. He is an experienced property manager serving the DMV area, focusing in residential and commercial real estate. With a strong background in tenant relations, property maintenance, and lease management, he is dedicated to maximizing property value while providing exceptional service to both owners and tenants. Known for attention to detail, clear communication, and a hands-on approach, Joseph brings a high level of professionalism and local market knowledge to every property managed.

Bill Neece Jr. is the General Manager of Bumblebee Management, bringing a wealth of experience from over a decade of service in the U.S. Navy and 16 years in the produce industry. He has spent the past three years working in Deep Creek Lake, Maryland, and six years traveling the U.S. as a nomad.

Engineer who’s just as comfortable designing on a computer as he is rolling up his sleeves in the field. While pursuing his degree, Jared worked on a student design team, eventually working up to team manager, on a Formula 1 style race car. A primary focus during his time there was influencing design for manufacturability and serviceability while maintaining or improving performance. Jared is passionate about designing solutions for real world problems and providing a product that meets or exceeds expectations.
